GRACE PERIOD
We have a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within this window, we will do our best to accommodate your grooming session. However, please note that the overall grooming time may be adjusted accordingly.
We may cancel your appointment and accept walk-ins if you can not be contacted after the grace period given.

We encourage you to wait for a confirmation from our staff for your desired appointment to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience for you and your pet. No confirmation? No worries, but it might lead to longer wait times and a bit of uncertainty.
